At Red Oak Farm, we take great pride in providing the highest quality hatching eggs and chicks. Our hatching eggs are always no older than 2–3 days when shipped to ensure maximum freshness and viability. While shipping labels may be printed in advance for scheduling purposes, orders are not shipped until they are prepared with fresh eggs ready to go out.

While we do everything possible to ensure you receive healthy, fertile eggs, we cannot guarantee hatch rates. There are many factors that can affect hatching success, including but not limited to shipping conditions, incubator equipment, temperature and humidity fluctuations, and human error during incubation or hatching. Even under ideal conditions, hatch rates may vary, and this is a normal part of working with live embryos. Because of these variables, all purchases are made at the buyer’s risk.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, understanding that we are committed to providing top-quality eggs and chicks and carefully preparing each shipment, but we cannot be held responsible for factors beyond our control once the package leaves our hands or for any circumstances that may affect the final hatch rate.
